The breakfast offered a wide array of outstanding meals. It had very central location close to Rooftop.

Comfy and best possible location easy walk to Rooftop. Spotless and brand-new room in comparison to the bedrooms and with a lot of space.

Good location and clean room, but parking was a hassle.

The location was very good and the adjoining cafe/keebab restaurant was good.

Attidude of staff to customer issues and simple questions. Lift out of action for two days with no offer of assistance. Cleanliness was border line. AC was poor. Expensive for what it was.

This trip to NY was to take my daughter for her 40th Bday. We arrived very late and was given the last room available. Although clean, it was very small and outdated....very disappointed....not like the pictures! However,...  

I liked the location of the hotel. The check- in was quick and straight forward. The room was comfortable and functional. It was relatively quiet (except for screetching sirens one night).

The receptionist could be more welcoming. Tea or coffee-making facilities would be nice. The restaurant downstairs was busy in the morning and closed in the evening.

My only problem with the room we had was the heat was on very high and could not be adjusted.

This hotel suits me perfectly! Great amenities like free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area. The staff even helped me find a jewel I lost during my first stay. Highly recommend for a city break!...  

I enjoyed my stay at Grand Union Hotel. The service was friendly and helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was perfect for 4 people and the layout was spacious. Room service ensured we had lots of towels and cleaned...  

The location was excellent. I had some parcels sent there for collection and these were stored for me. They also have a luggage room where you can leave luggage after check out and collect later.

The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable. This is not a complaint it is factual and a chance you take. We were on a budget so for a hotel at this location and price there has to be some compromise.

great access to central park and the manhattan skyline

i had a fantastic time, as the hotel is just a stroll away from central park and the amazing views of the manhattan skyline, made my walks to explore the city so nice.
